Torino Still In The Hunt For Bianchi Torino are still seeking to sign Rolando Bianchi from Manchester City, despite Lazio being touted as favourites

The Granata have not given up hope of signing former Reggina attacker Bianchi from Manchester City, as the English club is currently still weighing up all the options with regards to the Italian player.

Even though Lazio remain the favourites - due to City's interest in Goran Pandev, who could be used as a part exchange for Bianchi - the Italian striker seems to prefer the Turin destination.

In fact, at Torino he would not find too much competition for a first team spot, whereas in Rome he would find it difficult to be a regular player every week, considering the quality of the other attackers.

Manchester City could make a decision in the coming days, or even in the coming hours, as both Torino and Lazio will be waiting for a reply from the English club in order to plan their transfer market strategies.
